Delivery & Returns



We will deliver goods ordered by you as soon as possible to the address you give us for delivery, but in any event of delays we are not responsible and no compensation will be given.

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing, at our contact address, of the problem within 24 hours of the delivery of the goods in question.

The customer is responsible for the return of any product, which must be unused and in original packaging. We must be notified of any returns and products must be returned within 10 days of purchase. Unless defective or not as ordered, any goods returned will be subject to a 10% handling fee.


All warranties depend upon the type of use.

Boards purchased for rental have a warranty of 1 year.

Boards purchased for recreational use by an end customer have a warranty of 3 years, whilst all accessories have a warranty of 1 year.

All boards need to be registered with us before the warranty is valid. Warranty date starts from date of purchase with a proof of purchase
